Prices The cost is around £20.00 per square metre for straightforward sanding. Repairing and replacing boards would cost extra. The more rooms to be sanded brings the cost down. Due to rising travelling costs there is now a minimum charge of £500. I am not V.A.T registered so do not charge V.A.T. I do not do cheap bodge jobs, I am a professional who has been in the building industry for many years.
